A great class for a first timer, hobbyist or technical fighter. Our unique class is instructed by Professional Fighters and Coaches with true knowledge of Kickboxing not a training certificate. You'll gain real technique and understanding while getting a great workout in a safe environment! Boxing gloves and shinguards required. We have loaners available until your gear is purchased! Adult and Youth Classes!
