Service Description

Every Monday at 5:30pm While this 30 min class is more play-oriented than formal training, it offers several benefits such as developing fundamental motor skills, coordination and social interactions. It promotes physical activity in a fun and engaging manner, enhancing their balance and spatial awareness. It includes basic concepts of respect and cooperation through simple jiu jitsu inspired games.
